Carrie Ahlstedt

Carrie Melvina “Pat” Ahlstedt, 96, of Jonesboro died Thursday December 23, at the Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Walthill, Nebraska and lived in Jonesboro since 1988.

She was a home maker and of the Baptist belief. She was active with the Boy Scout, Girl Scout, and PTA. South West Washington Area on Aging, Senior Citizen and The Gleaners.

She was preceded in death by her husband Fritiof “Pete” Edward Ahlstedt, 2 daughters and one son.
Survived by her sons; Phillip Maurice Ahlstedt of Bono, John Edward Ahlstedt of Seattle, Washington, Arnold Avery Ahlstedt of Missouri and Arthur Leroy Ahlstedt of Seattle, Washington.
2 daughters; Karin Ann Murphy of Tacoma, Washington and Norah Louise Eckert of Phoenix, Arizona.

19 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren.

All services will be private and there will be no visitation.
