Carolyn Jo Cox

Carolyn Jo Cox, 63, of Jonesboro, died Sunday at St. Bernards Medical Center.

Ms. Cox was a homemaker and a lived most of her life in the Jonesboro-Bay area. She was preceded in death by her father, E.A. Southard; son, Franklin Keith Phelps.

She is survived by her mother: Ms. Leda Southard of Jonesboro;

3 Daughters and sons-in-law:
Lesia Hay,
Marsha and Tim Fry, and
Teri and Ronnie Holder, all of Jonesboro;

9 Grandsons: Bobby Hay, Nick Hay, Bret Holder, Blake Holder, Bryan Holder,
Ben Holder, Tyler Fry, Logan Fry and Adam Fry;

1 Great Grandson: Hunter Hay.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 at Jonesboro First Assembly of God on Stone Street with Rev. Matt Smith and Rev. Greg Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday evening, 6-8, at Emerson Funeral Home.
