Earl E. Mason, age 81, and his wife, Caroline Elizabeth Mason, age 70, both of Jonesboro, died Tuesday evening, October 4, 2005, in a 2-vehicle accident near Harrisburg.
Mr. Mason was born in Leachville and lived 40 years in San Jose, California before moving to Jonesboro in 1986. He was a carpenter and a U.S. Navy veteran of W.W. II.
He was a Protestant and a C.B. radio enthusiast.
He was a horseman, farrier, and a member of the Carpenter’s union. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Theresa Davis, and a brother: Perry Mason.

Karl Mason of Irmo, South Carolina,
Brad Mason of Cope, South Carolina, and
Tony Mason of San Jose, California;
4 Brothers: Armel Mason of Kingman, Arizona,
Norman Mason of Stockton, California,
George Mason, and
Bill Mason, both of California;
1 Sister: Betty Demoe of Modesto, California;
10 Grandchildren, and
12 Great Grandchildren.

Mrs. Caroline Mason was born in Omaha, Nebraska and lived in California before moving with her husband to Arkansas in 1986. She was a homemaker and a Prostestant.

Mrs. Mason is survived by a sister: Judy Hurling of Nebraska.
