Carl Richard Cook

Carl Richard Cook, 52, of Jonesboro, beloved son of Carl M. and Christine Cook; loving father of Jared Cook; beloved brother of David Cook of Austin, Texas, died Wednesday at St. Bernards Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Survivors include his parents; son, Jared and daughter-in-law Melissa; brother, David and wife Karen of Austin, Texas; grandmother, Sylvia Moore of Jonesboro; one nephew, Tim Cook; niece, Ashley Cook; and numerous family members.

Graveside services will be held at Friday at 10:00 a.m. Oaklawn Cemetery with Beth Waldrup officiating. Friends and family are welcome.

Pallbearers will be Steve, Brandon and Kevin Cliff, Larry Dean, Jimmy Cliff, and Rick Bruner.

Honorary pallbearers will be cousins.
