Carl H. Perrin

Carl H. Perrin, 89, of Jonesboro, passed from this life at the NEA Medical Center on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. He was born in Batesville, Arkansas but later moved to St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Leota Perrin of 53 years. They lived in St. Louis for 40 years where he was a teacher for Pattonville High School, retiring in 1980, later moving to the Nettleton area near family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Lillian Perrin and three brothers, Austin, Alvin, and Dale.

He is survived by his wife, Leota, of the home, one brother of Kentucky, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be at Emerson Memorial Chapel on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Stan Ballard officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Honored to serve as his pallbearers will be Jack Quantrell, Danny Rose, Gary Rose, Jimmy Rose, Derrick Gore, and Mark Perrin.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Harold Perrin.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
