Candice Staton

Candice Leann Staton, 41, of Jonesboro, passed peacefully from this life on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on January 26, 1983, to the late Wayne and Dianne Staton.

Candice was a devoted Christian of the Baptist faith, who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She cherished moments spent on the porch with her beloved husband, Kirby Roberts, listening to old country music and appreciating the beauty of quiet evenings. Family was at the center of her heart, and she loved nothing more than being surrounded by those she held dear.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kirby Roberts of Jonesboro; her children, Zack, Vin, and Megan, who brought her endless pride and happiness; her brothers, James Staton and Jeremy Staton; and her sisters, Krystal Delargy and Jenny Staton. Candice also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and friends whose lives were brighter because of her kindness and love.

The family will honor her life with a celebration of memories and love on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 4 p.m. at her home, located at 13001 Highway 49 South, Jonesboro, AR 72404. All who knew and loved Candice are welcome to join in commemorating the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

Her light will forever shine in the hearts of those she touched.
