Candice Jensen Black

Candice Jensen Black,48, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, July 16, 2022, at her home.  She had lived in Jonesboro for five years, moving here from Pennsylvania.  She was of the Lutheran belief.  Helping people was a passion for Candice.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, her father and her brother.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Black; one son, Gary Levi Black, both of the home; daughter, Kourtney Rutledge of Kentucky; mother, Donna Enlow of Jonesboro; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM. Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Cathedral Baptist Church with Ken Beaver officiating and under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home. All other services will be private. To sign an online guestbook, go to emersonfuneralhome.com.
