Cale Alexander Love, 24, of Bay, passed from this life on December 8, 2021. Cale was born on March 24, 1997 in Newport to Frank Love Jr and Kim Dedman-Love. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, JW Dedman.

Cale graduated from Bay High School in 2015. At a young age, he accepted Christ into his heart and was a member of Bay First Baptist Church. Cale was an accomplished outdoorsman. He was a multi-time national champion trap shooter. He would spend most of his time deer, duck, and turkey hunting. Cale was a gentle giant and loved his family and friends dearly.

Cale is survived by his parents, Dr. Frank Love Jr and Kim Dedman-Love; grandparents, Frank “Pops” and Kathleen “Nana” Love, and Barbara “Maw Maw” Dedman; aunts, Teri Dedman, Joy Griffin, and Robin Crisp; cousins, Taylor Griffin and Lauren Webb; and his beloved dog, Layla.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 am Monday, December 13, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service on Monday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
