Buddy Dewayne Tilley

Wayne Tilley, 52, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He had lived in Jonesboro for more than 40 years and was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Church. He was preceded in death by his sister Dallene Tilley.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Peggy Tilley of the home; sons, Max Tilley (Faith) of Gorham, Illinois; Michael Tilley(Treety); Matthew Tilley; Brayden Tilley; daughters, Michelle Tilley and Brooklynn Tilley all of Jonesboro; brothers, Wendell Tilley, Tony Tilley of Jonesboro; Jerry Tilley of Michigan; sister Kelly Bass of Jonesboro; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Brad Robinson officiating and Emerson Chapel in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Kenny Bass, Wendell Tilley, Tony Tilley, and Jerry Tilley. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time Sunday.
