Brian Keith Timmons

Brian Keith Timmons, 59, of Jonesboro, formerly of Bay, departed this life on May 9, 2024. Born to the late Wilburn and Jeannette Timmons on May 28, 1964, in Chicago, IL.

Brian was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church in Bay. He lived a life filled with diverse interests and pursuits, finding joy in the simple pleasures and the company of those he held dear.

His hobbies were varied and reflected his adventurous spirit. Brian enjoyed the great outdoors through hunting and fishing, and he enjoyed the thrill of watching NASCAR races. He took pride in his work as a master welder, showcasing his skill and craftsmanship. Additionally, Brian found fulfillment in the land, spending countless hours mowing and tending to his cattle.

In addition to his devotion to his hobbies, Brian was deeply committed to his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Yeager, and several aunts and uncles. Brian is survived by his brother, Tim Timmons (Donna), his sister, Jennifer Travis, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends who will cherish his memory.

A memorial service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Oaklawn Cemetery, starting at 2:00 p.m.
