Brenda Faye Mcmeans

Brenda McMeans, 64, Jonesboro died on Monday, January 13, 2015 at her residence.

She was born on January 11, 1951 in Jonesboro to the late JD and Pearl Bounds Thomas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and she was of the Baptist Belief. Her fun loving sense of humor, and the love for her family will be missed but never forgotten.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank McMeans; one son, Jonathan Ramos; sister, Bonnie Franks.

She is survived by six children, George Thomas of Jonesboro, Jeanita Pittman of Beech Grove, Daniel Ramos of Bono, Loretta Painter, Amanda Painter, and Nathan Crawford all of Jonesboro; eight siblings, Jimmy, David, Danny, Bill Thomas, Margie Cagle, Mary Thomas, Pamela Thomas; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday at 2pm in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with visitation starting one hour prior to service. Burial will be private.
