Bonnie J. Sisk

Bonnie J. Sisk, 67, of Searcy, died April 11, 2012 at the White County Medical Center. She was formerly of Jonesboro but had lived in Searcy for 6 years. Bonnie loved listening to ballgames and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Whaley, Searcy, Lyndia (Frank) Smith, Jonesboro; grandchildren, Ferrell Whaley, Jr., Kisha Whaley, Felicia Whaley, Quentin Whaley, Austin Jordan, C.J. Gulley, Regan Gulley, Austin Smith, Makayla Smith; great grandchildren, Kyleigh Whaley, Alex Whaley, Josh Whaley, Matthew Whaley, Maci Gulley; and brothers, Harvey Doss and Owen Doss, both of Searcy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Gulley; 2 sons, Mike Gulley and Baby Boy Gulley; parents, E.R. & Flora Turner Doss; brother, Lloyd Doss; and sisters, Glenda Parker and Gertie Mae Townsend.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Curtis Shatley officiating and Jim Griffin serving as eulogist. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers are Austin Jordan, Ricky Bridger, Stevie Griffin, Jimmy Griffin, Jimmy Gulley, Jr., and Jim Drennan. Honorary pallbearers are Ferrell Whaley, Jr., Quentin Whaley, C.J. Gulley, and Regan Gulley.

Visitation will be Saturday 1:30 until time of service.
