Bobby Gene Pierce Jr.

Bobby Gene Pierce Jr., 54, of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully at his home on December 29, 2024. Born on January 6, 1970, in Trumann, Arkansas, he was the son of Bobby and Rosalea Pierce.

Bobby was a dedicated farmer who found joy in the simplicity and solitude of rural life. An avid outdoorsman, he cherished his time spent hunting and fishing, finding peace and fulfillment in nature's embrace. He also valued moments of quiet reflection and enjoyed his time alone.

Bobby is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Rosalea Pierce, and his sister, Donna Pyle. He leaves behind his father, Bobby Pierce Sr., and his sister, Sheila Smith, both of Harrisburg, who will remember him for his steadfast spirit and quiet strength.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bobby’s life on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Emerson Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. at Wilson Cemetery in Harrisburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of choice in Bobby's memory.
