Bobby J. Crawford, 75, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, December 24, 2011, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.
Bobby was born in Jonesboro and lived all of his life here. He was a retired carpenter and was preceded in death by his parents: Woodrow and Goldie Pearl Lakey Crawford.
Survivors include his wife, Carylon Zemery Crawford of the home;
1 daughter, Anna Rolfe (Fred) of Jonesboro;
6 sons: Ronald Crawford (Pam) of Little Rock, Keith Craword (Pat), Roxy Crawford (Denise), Vance Crawford, and Larry King (Maureen), all of Jonesboro and Vowell Crawford of Bono;
1 sister, Ethyl Cole (Carl) of Jonesboro;
2 brothers: Lavon Crawford (Norma) of Jonesboro, and William “Willie” Dabbs (Valerie) of Franklin, Tennessee;
14 grandchildren: Garrett Crawford, Timothy Fields, Amy Fields, Brandon Crawford, Roxy Crawford, Jr., Misty Crawford, Bobby Crawford, Vance Crawford, Jr., Tiffany Summers, Larry (Junior) King, Courtney King, Shawn King, Anthony Marler and Joanna Crawford; and
10 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00 in Pine Log Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
There will be no visitation.
Following the service, the family will receive friends at the Harrisburg House adjacent to Central Baptist Church, 3707 Harrisburg Rd. in Jonesboro.
