Bobby Gene Clark

Bobby Gene Clark was born on June 3, 1939 in Harrisburg, Arkansas. He met his savior and was reunited with his loving daughter, Sonya on April 1, 2017 at the Methodist Alliance Home Care in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bobby was a member of Wynne Baptist Church, loved and worked with students most of his life. He was a retired school administrator, working in Clover Bend, Parkin, Earle, Greene County Tech, Biggers-Reyno and Brookland School systems during 35 years in the teaching profession.
Bobby’s passion in life was his family, working outside and a lifelong love of Arkansas State Athletics. He leaves a legacy as a loving husband, father, grandfather, mentor and friend to all he met.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Georgia Clark and a daughter, Sonya Clark.

He leaves behind, his one true love, his loving wife of nearly 57 years, Nellie Kimberland Clark of the home.
Son and daughter in-law, Mark and Cissy Clark of Wynne, also 2 grandsons whom were the pride of his life, Riley and Ryan Clark of Wynne.

Brother, John Clark of Harvest Alabama.

4 nephews and 3 nieces.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday April 8, 2017 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Don Settles and Bro. Bob Wilson officiating. Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday April 7, 2017 at Emerson Funeral Home.
