Blake Lane, 59, of Bono passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born July 28, 1963 in Jonesboro. Blake was a member of Bono Church of Christ. He worked as an automotive technician most of his life and worked at Bono Auto Parts and Service for many years. Blake enjoyed stock car racing, cooking, remote control planes, and riding 4 wheelers. Most of all Blake loved spending time with family, especially his children.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilson and Mildred Lane and maternal grandparents, Bob and Mildred Dacus.

Blake is survived by his parents, Bill and Glenda Lane of Bono; 2 sons, Brice Lane, Braden Lane both of Bono; daughter, Blakely Lane of Jonesboro; sister, Bilinda (Ronnie) Norman of Bono; niece, Lindsey Norman of Bono; mothers of his children, Lisa Lane of Bono, Christy Lane of Jonesboro and numerous other family and friends.

Funeral service will be Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Gary Cremeens officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery with active pallbearers being Stoney Hall, Mickey Dement, Scott Ford, Cody White, Landon Thomas, Jason Crabtree, David Watkins, Tim Rowell and Rick Coffman. Honorary pallbearers include Billy Stephens, Terry Milner, Toby Wicker, Zach Williams, Jason Hallmark,        Kiley Dement, Mark Vaughn, Brian Ford, Cliff Harris, Glenn Wynn, Jimmy Woodard and Marcus Stephens.

Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
