Billy Ray Passmore Sr.

Billy Ray Passmore Sr., 67 of Lake City, died Saturday, February 23, 2019 at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Northeast Arkansas.  Billy Ray was of the Pentecostal belief. He spent most of his work life, as an over the road truck driver.  He always took time to love his family and his dog Boomer.  He was preceded in death by his parents, W.A. Passmore and Ruby Chaney; one brother, Kenneth Williams.

Survivors include his son, Billy Ray Passmore Jr., (Summer) of Lake City; daughters, Stacy Passmore (Tina) of Lake City; Misty Rusher (Mark) of Brookland; step-mother, Mary Passmore of Brookland; brothers, Willard Passmore of Bandera, Texas; David Passmore of Jonesboro; Richard Passmore of Rocky Face, Georgia; Billy Williams of Lincoln Nebraska; Hershal Williams of Jonesboro; James Williams and Mitchell Williams of Brookland; sisters, Carryon Bettis of Williford, Arkansas; Brenda Matthews-Linderman of Corning; Cheri Fowler of Jonesboro; Janet Barber of Brookland; Hazel Hunt of Sparta, Tennessee; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
