Billie Ulmer

Billie Ulmer, 80, of Paragould, died at her home on Friday, March 10, 2023. She was born in Pocahontas on January 14, 1943 to Glendon and Mary Christine Collins.  Billie was a Gold Star Child.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Ulmer; and brother, John Gordon and her step-father, John "Jake" Gordan.

Survivors include her sons, Joel Ulmer and wife LeAnne of Franklin, Tennessee; Bryan Ulmer of Paragould; brother, Scott Gordon and wife Julie of Indianapolis, Indiana; brother-in-law, Randall Ulmer and wife Anne; sisters, Shirley Simpson of Jonesboro; Dianne Harris and husband Frank of Arab, Alabama; sister-in-law, Karen Gordon; granddaughter, Lindsey Scicolone; three great granddaughters; Kyra Jean Gant of Paragould, who was like a granddaughter, and a host of other family and friends.
