Beulah Turner, 84, of Jonesboro , died Sunday afternoon at Southwind Heights in Jonesboro where she had resided for the past few years.

Born in Iuka , Mississippi , Beulah lived many years in Trumann before moving to Jonesboro in 1987. She was a homemaker and worked with her husband in farming. She was a member of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed crocheting and quilting.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Turner, Jr., her parents: Clayton and Mandy Rutherford Hairrell, by one sister, Faye Winters, by 3 brothers: H.R., Eugene and Ruben Hairrell.and a stepson Marion Turner.

Survivors include 2 daughters Johnnie (Barry) Sharp, and Patsy Garman, all of Jonesboro ; 3 sisters: Jettave Long of Bono,Loretta Craig and Joan Houston, both of Jonesboro ; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 in Jonesboro Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Welborn officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12 noon until 1:30 at Emerson Funeral Home.
