Betty Jane Toone Seay, 93, of Bartlett, Tennessee, formerly of Marmaduke, passed away Sunday morning at her son's home in Bartlett.
Born in Clay County, Betty lived in the Marmaduke area most of her life before moving to Bartlett a few years ago. She was a homemaker and a farmer's wife for many years. She later worked several years as a Respiratory Therapist for Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould before retiring.
Betty was a member of First United Methodist Church in Marmaduke and was preceded in death by her first husband, Melvin Toone, in 1974, and by her second husband, Frank Seay, in 1998.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Toone of Bartlett;
2 daughters: Ann Harmon (Ray) of Barlett and Sandy Toone Cobb of Little Rock;
7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.
There will be no visitation.
