Betty June Dotter

Betty June Dotter, 95, of Jonesboro passed from this life Thursday, December 24, 2020 at her home. She was born September 8, 1925 in Nardin, Oklahoma to the late Clarence and Minnie Murray.

Betty has lived in Jonesboro for the past 10 years after moving back from Texas and was of the Catholic faith. Earlier in her life she worked as a nurse working with babies and then went on to work at Arkansas Glass where she retired from after 25 years. She later worked with trip planning for senior citizens in Houston, Texas. She loved crafting and also enjoyed crocheting.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Herbert Dotter; a son, Kenny Val Dotter as well as 2 sisters and a brother.

She is survived by her sons, Donnie (Betty) Dotter of Jonesboro, Dennis (Carolyn) Dotter of Houston, Texas, Max (Gaye) Dotter of Conrow, Texas and Carey (Barbara) Dotter of Conrow, Texas; a daughter, Jackie Ballard of Jonesboro as well as 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
