Betty Faye Buttry

Betty Faye Buttry, 79, of Mountain Home, formerly of Jonesboro, peacefully departed this life on April 13, 2024, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born on May 22, 1944, to the late Eddie and Margie Moreland.

Betty lived a rich life filled with simple pleasures and cherished moments with her loved ones. Her hobbies included reading, spending quality time with her family, indulging in western movies, enthusiastically cheering for the Packers whenever they graced the television screen, dancing to the rhythm of her favorite music while cleaning.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dale "Grady" Buttry, two grandsons, and one great-granddaughter.

She is survived by her devoted son, Sean Buttry (Lynn), of Mountain Home; her loving daughters, Leanna Floyd (Rick Blagg), of Brookland, and Cayse Haynes (Rob), of Alicia, AR. Betty is also survived by her sisters, Barbara Byerly of Mountain Home and Doris Mills of Jonesboro, along with nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Betty's life will be celebrated in private services, a reflection of her humble and intimate nature.
