Bedie Bogard

Bedie Bogard, 74, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, June 09, 2012, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She had lived in Jonesboro for the past 12 years, moving here from Rockford Illinois. Bedie was of the Christian belief. She loved flowers, quilting, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, William Bogard of the home; sons, Keith Bogard and wife Susan of Carrollton, Texas; Brian Bogard and wife Christine of Manchester, England; daughter, Donna Johnston and husband Bryan of Jonesboro; brothers, Walter Dozier of Snow Hill, North Carolina; Billy Dozier and Robert Dozier both of Searcy; sisters, Mae Bogard of Fairmont, West Virginia; Carolyn Henard of Cabot; grandchildren, SPC Michael Bogard, Rachel Johnston and Sam Johnston.

Visitation will be from 5-7 Monday, June 11, 2012, at Emerson Funeral Home. Funeral services and burial will be private. A special thanks goes to Lori and Stephanie with Extended Family Home Health for their caring and making her happy.
