Barbara Ann Mashburn

Barbara Ann Mashburn, 81 of Jonesboro passed from this life Thursday, December 9, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Weona, Arkansas to Mark and Mabel Willard Johnson on September 17, 1940.  Barbara was a Baptist and loved Jesus first and had great love for her grandchildren.  She was the best mom and grandma.  She loved to bake and her favorite color was yellow. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jim Johnson, Roy Johnson and Dave Johnson; sisters, Melissa Woodburn and Dorothy Mashburn and a grandson, Justin Mashburn.

Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Dale of the home; 3 sons, Timothy (Tonya) Mashburn of Newport, Thomas Mashburn of Drasco and Kenneth (Pamela) Mashburn of Jonesboro; daughter, Linda (David) Hopkins of Jonesboro; brothers, Bud Johnson, Charles Johnson, Eugene Johnson and Delbert Johnson and sister, Janie Mashburn; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation and services will be private.
