Barbara Kaye Heer Bowles

Barbara Kaye Heer Bowles, 56, of Brookland passed from this life on July 4, 2016 at her home. She was born in El Dorado on April 1, 1960 to the late William (Bill) and Juanita Faye Bates Heer. Barbara worked in printing for many years. She lived in Brookland for the last 19 years, moving there from Jonesboro. She attended New Antioch Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Bowles of the home.

Daughters, Jennifer Panneck and husband Mike, of Russellville, Arkansas and Amy Goforth of Winter Haven, Florida.

Brothers, David Heer and wife Josie, of North Richland Hills, Texas.
Carl Heer and wife Tonya, of Jonesboro.

Joe Heer and Sonya Vanhorn of Jonesboro.

Sister, Liz Budzowski and husband Fred, of Southlake, Texas.
3 grandchildren, Taylor West, Anna Harris and Tanner West.
Great grandson, Abrahm West.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday July 7, 2016 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Larry Ring officiating. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday July 7, in Emerson Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 1900 Broadmoor Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
