Baby Everett Merrell-James Willett

Baby Everett Merrell-James Willett, entered Heaven on April 5, 2023 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Everyday Everett spent in the womb and earth side was a miracle, and he was a blessing to all those he was loved by. He knew no darkness, no sin or sorrow, he only knew the loving arms of his mother and father. He was a fighter, and He stepped into eternity to the warmest of welcomes from his aunt, his grandfather, and most importantly the all consuming love of God.

Everett was preceded in death by; one sister, Lucy Laine Willett; one aunt, Laikyn Willett; maternal grandpa, Rodney Merrell Young; maternal great-grandparents, Tom and Rosemary Young, Troy Miller, and Charlotte Diane Miller.

Baby E is survived by; his parents, Logan Riley Willett and Harley Laine Willett; one sister, Scottlyn Willett; maternal grandma, Leann Young; paternal grandparents, Mark and Christina Willett, Kevin and Melissa Bryant; paternal great-grandparents, James and Vicki Kimberland, Gerome and Barbra Willett, Shirley Willett; aunts and uncles, Caige and Katie Young, Sam, Georgia, and Cate Bryant, Kenton and Shekinah Morris, Cherith and Keilah Camp.

Memorial services will be Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Wesley Hall in First Methodist Church starting at 3:00 p.m.
