Azlee Allen

Azlee (Halfacre) Allen, 91, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed from this life on August 25, 2016 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on July 13, 1925 in Trumann, Arkansas to the late Anna (Behme) and James Halfacre. Mrs. Allen retired from Michigan Bell and loved golf and travel with her sister. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Cherokee Village.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of seventy one years, Cleveland Allen and one sister, Helen Shinavar.
She is survived by a sister, Deloris Holmes and many friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday August 28, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Cherokee Village with Dr. Larry White officiating. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Sunday August 28, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Cherokee Village, Arkansas.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brett Bassham and Jared Bassham.
