AvaLiyah My’Cheal Garrett, a three month old baby girl, went home to be with Jesus April 1, 2017 in Jonesboro. She was born December 15, 2016 in Jonesboro to Mycheal Garrett and Bianca Rosales.
During AvaLiyah’s brief time here on Earth, she touched so many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. She was such a happy baby that loved to goo and gah at everyone and was always able to put a smile on everyone’s face.
She is preceded in death by her paternal great grandmother: Ruthie Garrett; maternal grandfather: Kenneth Mabry; and sister: Kyleigh Garrett.
AvaLiyah is survived by her parents: Mycheal Garrett and Bianca Rosales; paternal grandmother: Shanna Garrett and Helen Johnson; maternal grandmothers: Brenda Mabry and Brenda Tomky; paternal grandfathers: Eric Porter and Andre Williams; paternal great grandfather: Earvan Garrett; and brothers: Kevin Acosta, Enrico Acosta, and Mycheal Garrett II.
A visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2017 at Emerson Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2017 at Herndon Cemetery with Reverend E.H. Garrett officiating. Active pallbearers will be Leonte Macklin and Junior Rosales.
