Autis Pennington

Autis Pennington, 76, of Marshall passed from this life on January 30, 2017 peacefully. He was born to Shelby and Jesse Pennington on March 27, 1940 in Newport, AR. Autis was a loving and humble man who spent his life serving others. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Autis is survived by his son & daughter-in-law Michael and Christine Pennington of Rogers, AR and a daughter and son-in-law Susan and Andy Waters of Gatesville, TX; one grandchild and wife, Jake & Shae Caldwell of Gatesville, TX; one great grandchild Kynzlie Caldwell of Gatesville, TX. Autis was blessed with four sisters, Jean Heaberland, Debbie Skimahorn, Shirley Denton, and Carolyn Massey and husband Elwood; and three brothers Shelby Pennington and wife Mary Jo, Buddy Pennington and wife Gayle, and Jimmy Pennington and wife Marla. Autis also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland. Active pallbearers being Michael Pennington, Scott Woodward, Joe Graham, Gary Kibby and Scott Moore.
