Ashley Phipps Mink

Ashley Gayle Phipps Mink, 32, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, September 21, 2019.  She had lived in Northeast Arkansas for the past 7 years, moving here from Eastern Tennessee. She was born in Trenton, Georgia to Larry and Katherine Phipps.  Ashley was a member of the Church of Christ on Viva Drive in Trumann, Arkansas.  She was preceded in death by her parents
