Anne Storme Walsh

Anne Storme Walsh, 65, of Bay passed from this life Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at her home. She was born January 28, 1950 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to the late John and Anne Walsh. Anne lived a vibrant life. She loved to have her toes in the sand at the beach and her head in the clouds on the mountain tops. Anne loved making people laugh with her whimsical performances of Captain Zoom, Ole Granny and the many other roles she played, especially one of her latest roles being Bobo to her grandchildren. She enjoyed creating masterpieces in her flower gardens and of course, the occasional trip around the universe in her spaceship from time to time. Anne was an ole hippie full of pranks for one and all. She loved the holidays with her family, especially Christmas time. Anne lived a happy life, loved her family and friends and was loved by many.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Walsh and one sister, Mary Walsh.

Survivors include her lifelong companion of 27 years, Sandi Flood; her sons: Stephen Walsh and wife Felicia Walsh and Zach Flood; three brothers: Steve Walsh, Alonzo Walsh and Earl Olsen; one sister, Beth Olsen and three grandchildren: Baylie, McKenzie and Ayden Walsh.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 3:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Jim Larkins officiating. Get your tye-dye on and join us if you can.

Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 pm prior to the service.
