Anne C. Panneck

Ann C. Panneck, 79, of Jonesboro, passed from this earth into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 15, 2011, in Jonesboro.

She was born April 24, 1932 in Marked Tree, Arkansas, to William Everett Davis, Jr. and Loyce Davis, and lived most of her life in Jonesboro.

She graduated from Marked Tree High School in 1950, and participated in sports and choir. She was a lifetime member of Central Baptist Church. She loved to sing and adored her dog, Lacy. She was a dental assistant for 17 years at Dr. Bill Panneck Dental Clinic.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Lee Panneck; her parents, William Everett Davis, Jr. and Loyce (Moore) Davis; a brother, Victor Davis of West Memphis, AR, and a sister, Marion Alford of Pine Mountain, GA.

Survivors include three sons, Dr. Bill (Patti) Panneck and Mark (Andrea) Panneck of Jonesboro, Kelly Panneck of Paragould, a daughter, Rita (John) Utroska of Brandon, Mississippi, a sister, Pam Goodwin of Charleston, West Virginia, eight grandchildren, Michael Panneck of Jonesboro, Justin Panneck and Brook Panneck of Portland, Oregon, Christopher Utroska of Brandon, Mississippi, Matt Utroska of Kosciusko, Mississippi, Steven Utroska, of Brandon, Mississippi, Abigail Panneck and Grant Panneck of Paragould, and 3 great grandchildren.

Her grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family wants to thank Wanda Ramsey, Kim Ransbottom, Carolyn Wood of Home Instead Senior Care, and all of the staff at Craighead Nursing Center for the care and support they provided to Anne.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Grave side service and burial will be 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Mike Martin will be officiating.

The family will be gathering at the Home of Dr. Bill & Patti Panneck, 1203 Wood Cove.
