Ann Baxter

Ann Baxter, 55, of Jonesboro, died Friday, April 25, 2008 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She had lived in Jonesboro since 1995, moving here from Corning, Arkansas. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was active in fundraising for the NEA Clinic Hope Circle. Ann was also a member of the American Heart Association and the ASU Indian Club.

She is survived by her husband John M. Baxter Sr., of the home; three sons, John M Baxter Jr., California; Keith Baxter, Jonesboro; and Quintin Baxter, Oklahoma; one daughter, Ginger Monroy and her husband Jorge of California; two grandchildren, Ty Nelson Baxter and Maya Ixmucane’ Monroy.

A memorial service will be 7:30 PM Sunday, April 27, 2008 at First United Methodist Church Chapel with Reverend Patty Soward officiating and burial will be private.
