Anita Lorene May

Anita Lorene May, age 45 of Lake City, died at St. Bernards Medical Saturday. She was born in Riverside, California and lived most of her life in Lake City. Anita enjoyed reading, hunting, doing crafts, woodburning, being on facebook and loved her grandbabies. She was a Baptist.

Anita is preceded in death by her grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Kenneth May of the home; 2 daughters, Natasha (Michael) Moreno of Lunsford, Cassandra May of Jonesboro; 1 sister Tamera (Chris) Sheaffer of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, Mackenzie and Trevor Moreno and Alexander Smith; and parents Bruce and Alice Hazelwood.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September25, 2013 from 5-7 at Emerson Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Pine Hill Cemetery with Bro. Don Vuncannon officiating.
