Angela Dawn Hood

Angela Dawn Hood, 53, of Hughes, Arkansas, departed this life on May 29, 2024, at UT Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Angela was born on June 17, 1970, in Trumann, Arkansas.

Angela was a woman of many passions, most notably hunting and taking care of others. Her generous spirit and dedication to her family and friends left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. She found great joy in nature and the camaraderie of shared adventures, reflecting her love for life and the outdoors.

Angela was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James "Nuncky" Hood. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion, survived by her son, Hunter Hood, of the home; her daughters, Candice Morgan (Michael) of Marion, and Robyn Hood of West Memphis; her brother, Ricky White; her sister, Ryan Giasullo; and her cherished grandchildren, Cannon, Cross, Case, Aiden, and Prentiss.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Angela will be held on June 15, 2024, at JW Rich Girls Club, located at 519 Shoppingway Blvd, West Memphis, AR, 72301. Friends and family are invited to join from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to remember and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who touched so many hearts.
