Allison Gail Wells, 26 of Paragould, died Friday at UAMS in Little Rock. She had lived in Jonesboro since she was in the fifth grade. Allison moved to Paragould last year following her marriage to Jim. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
Allison was an Honor Graduate of Jonesboro High School and studied music/theater at Ouachita Baptist University. She was also a graduate of the ASU School of Cosmetology in Marked Tree.
Allison is survived by her husband, Jim Wells of Paragould. She is also survived by her parents Ric and Margaret Hunt , Colorado Springs, CO, a brother Aaron Hunt, Houston, TX, a sister, Mandy See, Dahlgren, VA, her maternal grandfather, Bertell Jackson, Lubbock, TX and her paternal grandparents Walter and Aliene Hunt , Colorado Springs, CO.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Bernice Jackson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro. Dr. Rodney Reeves and Rev. Rex Holt will officiate. Pallbearers will be Brandon Emerson, Eric Brown, Glenn Jones, Mark Lewis, Steve Jones and Max Dacus. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be Sunday evening 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church.
