Alicia Dawn Hill, 35, of Jonesboro, died September 13, 2008 at her home. She was born in Tucson, Arizona but had lived in Jonesboro the past 11 years moving here from Osceola, Iowa. She was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was very active in Narcotics Anonymous helping people overcome their addiction and she loved and collected frogs. She was a volunteer for the relief effort for Hurricane Katrina survivors and was known for her laughter. Also she mothered Brayden Wall and numerous others.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Adam Hill; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Kelley; cousin, Shonna Donadio; and 3 uncles.
She is survived by 2 sons, Christian Alan Farnsworth; Nathaniel Adam Farnsworth, both of Jonesboro; daughter, Sierra Dawn Holland, Jonesboro; Parents; Melvyn and Kitty Farnsworth of Jonesboro; Father; Grant Hill of Gilbert, Arizona, brother, Alan Hill and wife Kristen, Mesa, AZ; sisters, Christina Klasky and husband David, Jonesboro, Constance and husband Matthew, Caldwell, Idaho, Charity Underwood and husband Tim, Jonesboro; sister-in-law, Tosha Hill, Jonesboro; grandparents; Gerald and Joyce Hill of Gilbert, Arizona. and 24 nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 301 E. Highland Drive, with Bishop Jonathan Mobley officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
