Albert James Phillips, 59 of Bay died Wednesday, March 08, 2006 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born in Newman California and moved from Modesto California to Bay four years ago.

He was a member of the New Life Baptist Church in Bay and was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
