Agnes Eaton Pagan, age 83, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2016.
Agnes was born on January 19, 1933, in Marshall, Arkansas, to Clyde and Lois Eaton. She lived in several states, always staying close to her family. Agnes lived most recently in Bay and Wynne, Arkansas.
Agnes is survived by her children, Danny Loyd, Jimmy Loyd, Carey Loyd, Phillip Barnes, Sandy Maguire, Joyce Davis, Mark Barnes, and daughters and sons-in-law. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, one brother, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, five brothers, and two great grandchildren.
Agnes loved taking care of others, gardening, sewing, reading, and traveling. She loved her family and friends dearly. Most of all, Agnes loved God, and wanted everyone to come to know Him. "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10.
Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 2016, at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Arkansas, from 1 to 2 PM. Funeral services will be Friday, June 10, 2016, at 2 PM, with burial at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
