Shelby Renee Bryant

Shelby Renee Bryant,16, passed away February 19, 2009 at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Shelby is survived by her parents, Jim and Deanna Bryant, a sister, Abigail Bryant, grandmothers, Alice Blalock and Virginia Bryant, great grandmother, Lucille Fraley, aunts, Anita Akers and husband Mike, Jamie Blalock, Lori Clements and husband Rocky, Lisa Sangster and husband Bryon, cousins, Meredith Akers, Nate Akers, Jared Akers, Bethany Akers, Max Clements, Chris Davis and Jordeyn Davis. She is also leaving behind her favorite and most wonderful teacher, Gale Hollaway. Shelby was preceded in death by James A. Blalock and James L. Bryant, Sr., grandfathers, Alvie B. Bryant, great-grandmother and Harold and Linda Walden, grand aunt and uncle.



Visitation will be Sunday, 5-8 pm at Emerson Funeral Home. Services will be Monday, February 23rd at 10:00 at Nettleton Baptist Church with Stan Ballard officiating.



Pallbearers will be Mike Akers, Nate Akers, Jared Akers, Rocky Clements, Max Clements, Chris Davis, Randy Hollaway and Bryon Sangster. Honorary pallbearers are Adrian Mitchell, Gale Hollaway, Molli Hall, Sharon Messer, Susan French, Jean Foster, Sondra Carter, Martye Blaylock, Misty Rusher, Mary Jones, Barbara Hall, Crystal Brewer, Deb Moore, Jaclyn Stone, Lynn Beasley and the staff at Nettleton School Bus Shop.
