Keith Houston

Keith Houston, 61, died December 21, 2013 at NEA Baptist Hospital. He was born in Pocahontas on May 20, 1952 to J.F. and Emogene Houston. Keith loved anything that had to do with being outside from hunting to farming. He was a loving grandfather and would do anything for anybody. He is preceded in death by his father; J.F. Houston. brother; John Houston. son; Fulton Houston.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years , Rose Houston of Harrisburg. sons; Gary Houston of Harrisburg and John Anthony Houston of Maynard. mother; Emogene Houston of Jonesboro. sisters; Brenda Pierce of Jonesboro, Judy Houston of Maynard, Tammy Hill of Bryant, and Stephanie Chamberlin of Little Rock. grandchildren; Magan Houston and Cali Houston of Harrisburg.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on December 23, 2013 at Emerson Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Parker officiating and with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements. Burial will follow at Overby Cemetery in Maynard, Arkansas with active pallbearers being; Kevin Barber, Scott Bell, Dwayne Buckley, Charlie Buckley, Steven Kincaid, and Steven Smallman. Visitation will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2013 in the Emerson Memorial Chapel.
